Wicked people think only of themselves,
they cause nothing but trouble for everyone else.

They lie and they cheat and they steal.
They think they are so great
because of all they have.

But God is laughing at them.

He knows what is going to happen to them!

One day all the bad things they do
will come back to them,
and everything they have will be taken away.

Even if you don’t have very much,
it is better than all the riches
a wicked person owns.

God will take away
the riches of the wicked,
but he protects what a good person has.

God watches over those who listen to him,
He keeps them and protects them.

All that God has is theirs.
