Why Do God and Jesus Love People?
God loves us because that's what he decided to do. God doesn't love us because we're good or nice people. In fact, no one could ever be good enough to be worthy of God's love. Isn't it amazing that God loves us even though we sometimes ignore him and disobey him?

Note to Parents
The best way to help children understand God's love is to demonstrate it to them. Hug them, train them, cheer them, guide them, discipline them, talk to them, spend time with them, accept them, forgive them, help them, stand by them, and provide for them - then they'll understand.
