Things2Make: Macaroni Necklace

Materials:
Dried macaroni, paint and a piece of wool.

Instructions:
Paint the pieces of macaroni different colours, then thread a piece of wool through to make the neckless. Tie off.

Hints:
When tieing things around children's necks always ensure that the cord, wool, string etc. is weak enough to break before the child is strangled. Test this by putting a loop around your wrist and giving a sharp tug with your other hand to make sure it breaks. If it doesn't use something that does or attach the cord to proper clasps that are built to break.
