From little acorns ..

A Protestant visitor to Holy Spirit Interactive sent us a very sweet e-mail recently. "I am not a Catholic," she wrote. "But I love your site and really want to know what you have to say."

There are nearly a hundred other Protestants on our newsletter list - which now totals almost 1000 - who also want to know what we have to say. It is this: Hate is not the way of the religion we profess to believe in. Love is.

We are all part of this great body of Christ, and if we truly believe that, then we should come together as one, united in him. Division is the way of the devil. He will continue to break us apart into smaller and smaller groups, setting brother against brother so that we are too busy fighting one another to pay attention to the real enemy. This has to stop!

We here at HSI offer our hand in friendship and brotherhood to you. We believe that all of us have been saved in Jesus, and we can use this bond that we share in common to bring us together. This is a small gesture. But, as we know, from little acorns grow mighty oaks.

Main Feature: The Seven Sacraments
Sacraments are revelations of God's love, of his plan to save mankind from sin and death, and of his endless mercy and forgiveness. Through our reception of the sacraments we receive the spirit of Jesus Christ and are formed in his image. No longer visible to our eyes, he remains present to us in the sacraments. This week, we present The Seven Sacraments to help us better understand these signs of God's love.
